- Kevin Conroy – President | Founder
- Kevin has many years of business development, sales channel execution, marketing, executive management experience and entrepreneurial skills to draw upon. At Blue Rooster, he’s instrumental in building strong client relationships. He’s equally focused on creating great teams consisting of experienced project managers, creative interactive marketing designers and subject matter experts in SharePoint consulting.
- Byron Baker – Director of User Experience
- As Director of User Experience; Byron has concentrated his efforts on building a solid design process to streamline user flows, create robust business applications and interactive social communities both as internal and external web sites. His experience has taken him from consumer facing portals and product design to CRM systems and mobile productivity solutions. Specific areas of concentration include usability and accessibility guidelines, standards compliancy, information architecture, interaction design and creative direction. Byron brings a creative outlook to problem solving and a hands-on approach to design while driving to exceed the project objectives. He has spent the past 10+ years working to make the web a better place.
- Jeff Eckerlin – Director of Technical Delivery| Architect
- A true technical software professional with over ten years of experience ranging from product development to technical sales support and consulting services. Extensive experience implementing software packages with custom product extensions, rapid prototyping customized sales presentations, and building production business infrastructure systems. Background includes work in Enterprise/Portfolio Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Collaboration and Portals, and Geographic Information Systems.
- TJ Merrill – Director of Business Development (Microsoft Account Executive)
- T.J. has 19+ years of consulting experience in High Tech. His career started at Microsoft where he was a product evangelist and technical marketing manager where he was on the launch teams for Windows NT and Exchange. During his career he has been responsible for building strong customer relationships, setting product and service strategy, managing and evangelizing products, services and programs that have a real impact for customers. T.J. holds a B.A. from the University of Washington in Business. He was one of the first Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) and spent five years on the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council for Portals and Collaboration.
